Refund Policy

We stand behind our work with a money-back guarantee. This policy explains how refunds work.

1. Money-Back Guarantee on Filings

If a DataQ challenge you prepared and submitted using a completed DataQ AI filing is rejected by the reviewing agency, we will, at your choice, either:

• prepare a free re-file of that challenge, or
• issue a full refund of the credits used for that filing (or the cash equivalent if those credits were purchased in a one-time pack).

To claim, email support@godataq.com within 30 days of receiving the agency's rejection, and include the rejection notice and the inspection/report reference. The guarantee applies only to filings we marked as ready to submit and that you submitted substantially as generated.

2. Unused Credits and One-Time Packs

Unused credits from a one-time pack are refundable within 14 days of purchase if no filings have been completed. Once credits are spent on a completed filing, they are non-refundable except under the money-back guarantee in Section 1.

3. Subscriptions

You may cancel a subscription at any time; cancellation stops future renewals. Unless required by law, subscription fees already charged for the current billing period are non-refundable, but you keep access and remaining monthly credits through the end of that period.

4. How Refunds Are Issued

Refunds are processed through our payment provider to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days of approval.
